/ At least 25 overs of play expected, next inspection at 2:30pm

It is Day 3 of the second Test between India and Bangladesh in Kanpur and following an inspection around 12:00pm local time, another inspection is in order in two hours.
Officials with an idea on the matter have told The Daily Star that they expect at least 25 overs to be bowled today.
While filing this report, the match referee and the umpires were out for an inspection.
The skies too had grown a bit darker, showcasing the uncertainty of the weather conditions currently in Kanpur.
The covers around the ground had been taken off before 9:00am today while at 9:30am the pitch covers went off.
At 12:07pm, following the inspection, it was announced to the media that another inspection would take place at 2:00pm local time, 2:30pm Bangladesh time. This time it was not just the playing area that was the concern but bad light coming into play. As has been reported before, the stadium lights were not adequate to keep the match continuing in case of bad light.
……..
The third day’s play of the Kanpur Test has been delayed due to overnight rain and wet outfield.

The second day was completely washed out.
