Vintage 'The American Thermos Bottle Company' 9" insulated pitcher/carafe, made in Norwich, Connecticut, USA.
Made of chrome with a glass insulator, it keeps drinks hot or cold.  The handle is Lucite.  This is a great Mid Century piece to use or add to your collection.
Condition:  USED.  Really nice pre-owned condition.  Minimal wear, no dents, but has a couple of light scratches and some light scuffs. The Lucite handle is secure, and is crystal clear.  There is some discoloration where the handle is attached at the top from water getting between the handle and the carafe. The glass insulator has no chips or cracks.  The photos of the insulator show the seam and the 'circles' which indicate where it is attached to the chrome.  The lid flips up/down properly.  Very clean and ready for use or display.
