    Louisiana Popcorn Rice.  100% Gluten free. Highly aromatic popcorn scent while cooking. Slight popcorn flavor. Popcorn rice is an old variety (Della). It is a long grain variety. It is more starchy than "normal" white rice, much like Jasmin, therefore the water ratio is adjusted slightly. It is also excellent for Sushi as it is a sticky variety. Fresh milled and ready for sale.  All my products are Certified Cajun by the LA Department of Agriculture.
