Today we are happy to offer for sale a wonderful pair of Sheridan sterling silver and glass cruets. This elegant pair was beautifully manufactured by Sheridan Silver Co of Taunton, MA (right here in our backyard!). The company was in operation from 1944 until 1946. The lovely pair features a baluster-shaped glass body etched with delicate arabesque floral designs and emblazoned with "oil/vinegar" on the front. Each cruet features a marked sterling silver base and sterling overlay stopper. Pair presents well and is in good antique condition, with minor wear, tarnish and patina commensurate with age. One cruet has a small chip to bottom edge of glass component and dent on edge of base/top rim. Please review all photos before purchasing.
