  • Condition: These are brand new; however, only one has a tag. The finish is tarnishing from age. Additionally, there is a blemish at the seam where the hoop joins.

    You are looking at 2 brand new (1 has a tag; 1 does not).  There is some tarnishing from age.  Additionally, there is a blemish along the seam.  The finish is brass-like.  These are vintage.  They were originally purchased in the 1970s from Frank's Nursery.
